Lighting challenge work from Unreal Lighting Master Camp.
The working period is 3 weeks.
Created by adding Sci-fi assets based on the Quixel's Goddess Temple. Inspired by the matrix machine city zero-one.
To create a 2D animation-like feel, I used the local exposer and Unsharp.
Red Color Always work for Sci-fi style.

This is just City Light point.
So I put in an animation and made it like a car light.
